How the heck do you pronounce Phos?!
Phos is pronounced [FOSS]. We get this question a lot, so thought we’d clear that up straight off the bat! Phos means ‘light’ in ancient Greek. We endeavour to shine light wherever we go, to whoever we meet, and the foundation of our work here at Phos Collective is to bring a positive experience wherever we find ourselves.
Can we meet you before we book?
We would SO love to meet you! However, because of demand we only arrange consultations via Skype or phone after we have received a deposit. However, please feel free to flick us an email if you’d like to chat!
How can I be sure you won’t miss anything special to me on my day?
Prior to your event, we will send through a details form for you to submit. This covers all bases of your day, from your highlight people to your highlight moments, and everything in-between! We then send you back a confirmation & bring that along with us on the day to be sure we don’t miss a thing! So sit back and enjoy, we’ve got your back!
How long does it take for my photos to be delivered?
Here at Phos Collective we pride ourselves in efficiency! We totally get that anxious wait to see your photos, and let’s face it, who’s patient when the opportunity to re-live your special day is just a click away! Our photo turnaround is 2-4 weeks.
Do you travel out of Sydney?
Yes - we aren’t frightened by long distance relationships! We most definitely travel outside of Sydney and interstate at an additional cost – flick us an email & we will send through a quote!
What is digital delivery?
We will send you a download link once your photos are ready & all you have to do is download it to your device – it’s as simple as that!
Our digital delivery will allow you to print, share and download Hi- resolution & Low-resolution versions of the images.
